“Before starting my sessions with Samanthia my life was pretty chaotic. I have 500 things on my plate, I wasn’t prioritizing my health, nutrition or my business, and was lacking on sleep. Working with Samanthia gave me the opportunity to press the restart button while having someone checking in on my progress weekly. “Before I started working with you I was suffering with hypertension. My blood pressure was not being controlled. I was having palpitations and shortness of breath. My coaching sessions have had a positive impact on my life and overall health. I had a wonderful experience.
